Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

1. Overview

RevolutionConnect ("we", "us", or "the Service") is a customer relationship management platform built for franchise brokers to manage leads, candidates, opportunities, appointments, and outreach. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Service. By creating an account or connecting an integration, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, and role within your brokerage instance.
  • Lead and contact data: contact details, notes, and qualification details you or your team enter about prospective franchise candidates.
  • Activity and communication logs: records of calls, emails, meetings, and tasks associated with your records.
  • Connected account data: data retrieved from integrations you explicitly authorize, such as Google Calendar and Gmail.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the core CRM features: managing leads, candidates, pipelines, and appointments.
  • To send transactional and marketing email campaigns on your behalf using your own configured sender identity.
  • To check calendar availability, create calendar events, and confirm bookings for your scheduled consultations.
  • To notify assigned team members when leads are assigned to them or when new leads enter your business.
  • To maintain audit logs, secure the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Google API Data Use & Limited Use Disclosure

RevolutionConnect uses Google APIs (Google Calendar and Gmail) when a user explicitly chooses to connect their Google account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We only request the scopes necessary to deliver the feature the user initiated — calendar access to manage availability and bookings, and email access to send messages on the user's behalf.
  • Data obtained from Google APIs is used solely to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the Service's interface, such as scheduling and outreach.
  • We do not transfer, sell, or share Google API data to third parties, including advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
  • We do not use Google API data to serve advertising, including retargeting or personalized/interest-based advertising.
  • Human reading of connected-account data is limited to what is necessary to operate the feature, investigate security issues, or comply with applicable law, and only with appropriate authorization.
  • A user may disconnect a Google integration at any time, after which we cease retrieving new data from that account and remove stored tokens.

5. Data Sharing & Sub-Processors

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, email delivery and file hosting), and only under written obligations to protect your data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may export or delete your records through the Service at any time. Upon account termination, we will delete your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access controls, and per-instance data isolation so one broker's data is not visible to another. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent for integrations. You can manage connected integrations and your data directly within the Service, or contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by franchise brokers and their teams. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.

11. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact your RevolutionConnect account administrator or the support contact provided with your subscription.
